Chris seems like a personable guy, but instead of using his years of experience in the WordPress community to promote honesty and transparency, he is another typical “affiliate marketer” who seems to endorse and promote nearly any brand or product as long as they pay him or offer him an affiliate link program. You just can’t believe anything these type of guys say, because their words are for sale.
This insincere aggressive self-promotion is too common in the WordPress world; Chris seems to idolize grifters like Syed Balkhi.
I was surprised that Liquid Web thought it was a good move to partner with Chris for these reasons. Their company is certainly in need of some rebranding, but Chris has turned their blog and social media into obnoxious “funnels” and hurt their long-standing reputation for being a straightforward and transparent web hosting company. Bad decisions all around IMO
I mean seriously? ==> https://go.liquidweb.com/pathto1million/ … how embarrassing. LW meets ClickBank.
