Jesse Nickles says:
Ken and his team arbitrary “ban” websites like Hucksters.net from networks running their Fortinet security software, but without any explanation or “ban category”… it’s just a hardcoded ban with no explanation.
“A root certificate for “Fortinet” is required but isn’t installe`d. Your IT administrator should look at configuration instructions for “Fortinet” to fix this problem. Applications that can cause this error include antivirus, firewall, and web-filtering or proxy software.”
Typically it should say e.g.
“is in the category Marijuana
Your FortiGate Administrator has blocked this category”But for free speech databases like Hucksters there is no category, just a force-ban using root certificates. Sounds like Ken is running the company a bit too much like a Chinese company these days….
